To my mind an ideal diet must include healthy food and be accompanied by exercises. I strongly support Men’s Health Magazine and its advice to drink daily 6-8 glasses of water, eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible, to consume products which include calcium, like milk, yogurts and cheese-group foodstuff. Even if you buy vitamins you are to check what components they do contain in order not to be affected with an allergy or something else.
According to Pennsylvania Diagnostic Center it is important to eat high-protein food like fish, meat, eggs, nut groups but some doctors, like Jacob Bogatin recommend 5-6 nuts a day as they contain a lot of fat. Use fats, oils and sweets sparingly for energy. Also it’s important to limit salt and sugar as well as alcohol consumption.
For some people it is better not to eat after 6-7 p.m. and try to limit the consumption of food. But anyway it is really hard to resist sweets or to follow the timetable precisely. So in this case you are to train and take physical exercises every day.
